NPD= North Pole DietWhat started out as a friend's need to save money and lose weight has turned into a great opportunity to bring friends together. I am so lucky to have such great friends surrounding me. These past few months I have been a little down but my friends refuse to see me unhappy and lift my spirits. They inspire me too, so basically they are the best thing since sliced bread.
