Now that I have tickled my funny bone I will say that I am not a big fan of URBN but...
AND THIS IS BIG: they are bringing in designers/ bloggers to do creations for them and that is a big step in the right direction. Ignore my previous bias, that was created when I went to a job interview there, BUY BUY BUY. Support bloggers.
